CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

North American Corriente Association – Member Service Agreements

North American Corriente Association clients with an annual membership service agreement, have the right to cancel their service and receive a full refund by submitting timely notice of cancellation within the first ten (10) days from the original payment date. The original payment date is the date that a North American Corriente Association client made payment within the North American Corriente Association shopping cart, or by the date recorded on a payment check.

To submit a refund request within the first 10 days of payment, you must contact North American Corriente Association Customer Service via Email at Customer Support.

Payments for animal registration and other services will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

North American Corriente Association (NACA), web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on NACA or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of NACA; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of NACA, or the public.
